Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
1. Platform Presentation
inStoore (accessible at instoore.com) is an e-commerce platform published by:
- Company: inStoore
- Contact: contact@instoore.ma
- WhatsApp: +212 600 000 000
inStoore acts as an intermediary between independent sellers (stores) and customers. Each store listed on the platform is an independent merchant responsible for its own products, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment.
2. Products & Pricing
All product prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are set by each independent store and may change at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by the stores. inStoore does not guarantee the accuracy of product information provided by third-party sellers.
Promotional prices and limited-time offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Order Process
To place an order, the customer must:
- Add desired products to the cart
- Provide accurate delivery information (full name, phone number, delivery city and address)
- Confirm the order
Once the order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation with a unique order number. The order is then processed by the relevant store.
A contract for the sale of the products is formed between the customer and the store at the moment the order is confirmed. inStoore is not a party to this sale contract.
Orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, the store will notify the customer and offer a full cancellation.
4. Payment
inStoore accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the sole payment method. Payment is collected in cash by the delivery carrier at the time the order is delivered to the customer.
No payment card data is collected, stored, or processed by inStoore.
The customer acknowledges that refusing delivery without a valid reason may result in the store charging a restocking fee or delivery costs, as permitted by law.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Stores deliver to the cities listed on their respective shipping rate tables. Delivery timeframes are communicated by each store and are typically between 24 and 72 hours for major Moroccan cities.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery city and are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. The customer agrees to pay the indicated shipping charges.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order and make payment. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the customer's absence, the store may charge additional delivery fees.
If a delivery is refused without legitimate cause, the customer may be liable for the original shipping costs and a restocking fee. Multiple refused deliveries may result in the customer being blocked from placing future orders.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Retractation)
In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 31-08 on Consumer Protection, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel the purchase without penalty and without having to provide a reason, except for:
- Products that have been unsealed or used after delivery (hygiene and health products)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Digital content delivered electronically (where applicable)
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact the store via WhatsApp at +212 600 000 000 or email contact@instoore.ma within the withdrawal period.
7. Returns & Refunds
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error by the store.
Once the returned product is received and inspected by the store, a refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds are made to the customer via the same payment method (cash on delivery refund is coordinated with the delivery carrier or via a bank transfer or mobile money).
The specific return policy (return period, conditions) for each product may vary by store and is displayed on the product page under the return guarantee section.
To initiate a return, the customer must contact the store via WhatsApp or email with the order number.
8. Legal Warranty (Conformity & Hidden Defects)
In accordance with Moroccan law, all products sold on inStoore are covered by:
- Legal warranty of conformity: The product must conform to the contract and be fit for its intended purpose. If a defect of conformity exists, the customer is entitled to have the product repaired, replaced, or to receive a partial or full refund.
- Legal warranty against hidden defects (vices cachés): If the product has a hidden defect that makes it unfit for use, the customer may return it and obtain a full refund or price reduction, as provided by Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Moroccan Dahir of 12 August 1913 (Code of Obligations and Contracts).
These legal warranties cannot be excluded or limited by the store or by inStoore.
9. Customer Reviews
Customers may submit product reviews on the product page. Reviews must be truthful, respectful, and relate to the customer's genuine experience with the product. inStoore reserves the right to remove reviews that are false, abusive, or violate these terms.
By submitting a review, the customer grants inStoore a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the review on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
inStoore acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for:
- The quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products sold by independent stores
- Delivery delays caused by the store or third-party carriers
- Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform or products purchased through it
Each store is solely responsible for its products, pricing, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws. Any dispute regarding a product must first be addressed directly with the store.
Nothing in these terms limits the liability of inStoore for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Moroccan law.
11. Personal Data & Privacy
inStoore collects and processes personal data (name, phone number, email, delivery address) solely for the purpose of processing and delivering orders. This data is shared with the relevant store and delivery carrier to fulfill the order.
inStoore does not sell, share, or disclose personal data to third parties except as necessary to process the order or as required by law.
For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the Protection of Personal Data, customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by contacting us at contact@instoore.ma.
12. Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Providing false or misleading information during the order process
- Refusing delivery without legitimate cause (repeated offenses may result in account blocking)
- Submitting fake or abusive reviews
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's operation or security
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
13. Intellectual Property
The inStoore name, logo, platform design, and all content created by inStoore are protected by Moroccan intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent from inStoore.
Product images and descriptions remain the property of the respective stores or their licensors.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer is encouraged to first contact the store directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the customer may:
- Contact inStoore at contact@instoore.ma for mediation assistance
- Refer the matter to the Centre National de la Consommation (CNPAC) or the relevant consumer protection authority in Morocco
- Seek resolution through the competent courts of Morocco
For disputes with a value of less than 20,000 MAD, the competent court is the Justice de Proximité of the defendant's jurisdiction. For disputes above 20,000 MAD, the Tribunal de Première Instance has jurisdiction.
15. Modifications
inStoore reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to users. Continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
